Appointment Info
When you arrive for your massage there is a possibility that the therapist may be in session with another client. We ask that all clients patiently wait in the reception area until the therapist comes out of their session. If you are a first time client the therapist will leave a health intake form in the waiting area with your name on it. Please fill this out while you are waiting for the therapist to take you back to your appointment. Please keep in mind that all intake forms must be filled out before you can receive your massage.
