Policies At Symmetry Massage and Wellness we want to offer you the best massage experience possible. For this reason we ask that all clients arrive on time for their massage so that they can receive the full benefits from their treatments. We also honor each client’s time and will ensure that each session begins and ends at the designated appointment time. To insure that each client is able to receive the best treatment possible we ask that clients review the following policies. These policies have been set into place to ensure that the client receives the best service possible.Children- We are happy to offer massage to children under the age of 18 as long as the parent is there to sign the permission waver. We ask that parents please do not bring children to their massage sessions unless they have spoken with management ahead of time.
Cell Phones- Please turn all cell phones on silent and avoid talking on your phone while you are in the facility.
Drugs/Alcohol- For safety reasons clients will not be permitted to get massage if they are intoxicated, or under the influence of any drug that inhibits their ability to give feedback about pain during a treatment. This is to include muscle relaxers and pain medication.
Draping- We ask that all clients remember that we offer only therapeutic massage and for this reason we require all clients to remain professionally draped at all times. There are times when it is therapeutically beneficial for the gluteus muscles to be worked on. In the event this is necessary the therapist will ask the clients permission to undrape the buttocks area.
Cancellations- If cancelation is necessary, please give 24-hour notice or we will have to charge the full service fee for the appointment unless it can be filled.
Payment- All payments are expected at the time of service. We currently take cash only but hold all appointments with credit cards and reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card if the client does not show for the appointment or fails to cancel within 24-hours of the appointment time.
Tipping- We glad accept gratuity for all services rendered.
